Frequently Asked Questions

If your booking request was submitted during business hours (Monday-Friday 7.30am – 5pm), you will be contacted within the hour. After-hours support will be available after these times, and the response will be within four hours. If your request is urgent/emergency please call 1800 557 155 number to speak with someone immediately.
Absolutely, your booking request will be sent straight to our dedicated team who will review your requirements and speak with you directly to arrange a suitable time to complete the repairs.
Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated response confirming receipt of the booking request. An O'Brien representative will then be in contact with you to confirm the details and book you in.
Yes you can! Simply submit the details using the Truck/Light Commercial form and a member of our dedicated team will be in contact to book it in.
If you submit a request before 8 am Monday - Friday, we will aim to complete your repair within the same day. Otherwise, within 24-48 hours.
